Day 153: Teacher Gifts

I’m a teacher myself, and my wife and I have profound gratitude for our children’s teachers. My life also likes to recognize other people who are important for our children, such as their bus drivers. She wouldn’t let a Christmas or the end of school year go by, without acknowledging them with some little present. These to not have to be elaborate, but they are always clever.

For example, last year at Christmas, she found this pattern online where you can place these red cutouts over bottles of hand sanitizer make them look like little Santa Clauses. She then writes the word “Santatizer” on it. If you want if you want to do that one, here’s a link to a pattern:
There’re many different ideas that you can do, but the most important thing is that you recognize the contributions of those take care of your children when they are away.
